Payment security without card-data custody
Tableside does not directly store, process, or transmit raw cardholder data. Payment capture is offloaded to PCI-compliant providers such as Stripe or supported secure payment devices, where card details remain inside the provider's secure environment.
PCI DSS covers payment-card handling; SOC 2 covers broader operational security controls. We avoid claiming certification status unless a specific attestation is available for the product or provider in question.
